The mission of DCCNM is dedicated to the development, growth & education of our Deaf NM community and to share our Culture with our allies.
The Deaf Entrepreneurial Program is designed to utilize the strengths of an established Deaf entrepreneur to mentor a budding Deaf, DeafBlind, or Hard-of-Hearing entrepreneur. Often The Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard-of-Hearing community members have difficulty in obtaining employment. The program is under development and is seen providing job opportunities by and for the Deaf community emphasizing the importance of building economic resilience and self-reliance allowing for individuals to develop agency and realize that "PAH! Dreams do come true".
