About the directory

NM Nonprofits is an independent directory of New Mexico nonprofit organizations, foundations, and funders. We are not affiliated with any listed organization, the IRS, the New Mexico Secretary of State, or any government agency. Listing information is compiled from public records and direct submissions and is provided for informational purposes only.

Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to keep directory information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any listing. Organization details including contact information, mission statements, and financial data may be out of date.

Grant and funding information is time-sensitive. Always verify deadlines, eligibility requirements, and award amounts directly with the funder before applying. NM Nonprofits is not responsible for missed deadlines or inaccurate grant information.

Submitting listings

Organizations may submit or update their own listing through the Site. By submitting information you represent that you are authorized to do so on behalf of the organization and that the information provided is accurate.

We reserve the right to approve, edit, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion. Submissions that contain false information, violate applicable law, or are otherwise inappropriate will be rejected or removed.

Intellectual property

The design, layout, and original content of this Site are owned by NM Nonprofits. Directory data sourced from public records is not subject to our copyright. You may not reproduce, republish, or resell this directory's contents in bulk or as a competing product without written permission.
