We use Vercel Web Analytics for traffic measurement. This tool does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.

How we use your information

• To display and maintain organization listings in the directory
• To respond to inquiries and support requests
• To improve the site based on usage patterns
• To send transactional emails (listing confirmations, update notifications) if you have submitted an organization

We do not use your information for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Directory listings

Information about nonprofit organizations listed in our directory is sourced from public records (IRS filings, organization websites, press releases) and direct submissions. If your organization is listed and you need to update or remove information, contact us at corrections@nmnonprofits.com.

Cookies

NM Nonprofits does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We may use a session cookie for login functionality if you manage a listing. Our analytics provider (Vercel) does not set cookies.

• Vercel Web Analytics: cookieless traffic analytics

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Data retention

We retain listing information as long as it is accurate and the organization remains active. Contact us to request removal of your organization's data.
