The Enchanted Life Foundation, based in Las Cruces, works to strengthen civic engagement across Southern New Mexico. Civic engagement efforts help communities participate more actively in local decision-making and strengthen the connections between residents and their neighbors. When New Mexicans have opportunities to engage meaningfully in their communities, they are better positioned to address shared challenges and shape their own futures.
