Dar a Luz Birth & Health Center (DAL) is a local non-profit dedicated to educating and empowering people by providing compassionate and holistic prenatal care for birthing people, women’s health services, and a safe alternative to hospital birth for women/birthing people and their families.
Established in 2008 and the only state licensed and nationally accredited birth center in New Mexico, Dar a Luz is dedicated to providing comprehensive women’s health services and fostering a supportive environment for expectant families. With a commitment to promoting maternal and infant health, we offer a range of services including gynecologic care, prenatal care, childbirth education, and postpartum support. Most women and birthing parents can have a baby here - birth center outcomes are at least as good as those in hospitals, and often better. You’re in good hands.
