AMP provides cultural education to the greater Albuquerque region through musical experiences, presenting a variety of events highlighting international and American musical styles, as well as workshops, outreach programs, an annual world music festival, and collaborative projects.

AMP provides cultural education to the greater Albuquerque region through musical experiences, presenting a variety of events highlighting international and American musical styles, as well as workshops, outreach programs, an annual world music festival, and collaborative projects.
AMP presents 50 to 60 concert events a year, in venues from small intimate spaces to large theaters. AMP presents a free monthly series in the Albuquerque libraries and a free quarterly series for the developmentally disabled artists at VSA N4th Arts Center, and regular programming at venues around Albuquerque and Santa Fe. AMP prides itself on creating community through music and is a member supported organization with heavy volunteer support.
