About This Role
Homewise, a leading New Mexico nonprofit supporting affordable homeownership since 1987, is seeking a Homeownership Counselor for its Albuquerque office. The Counselor guides first-time homebuyers through the homebuying process, providing financial coaching, HUD-approved counseling, and mortgage readiness support. Homewise serves thousands of New Mexicans annually across Santa Fe and Albuquerque with homebuyer education, counseling, mortgage financing, and home repair services. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
