About This Role
Amigos Bravos, a New Mexico environmental justice organization with 38 years of history, seeks an experienced Executive Director. This full-time exempt role reports to the Board of Directors and oversees a $2.5 million annual budget.
Responsibilities include leading the implementation of strategic priorities; supervising and developing staff while fostering an equitable workplace culture; serving as primary spokesperson and fundraising leader; developing and managing the annual budget; and building relationships with donors, community leaders, tribal leaders, and stakeholders.
Qualifications: Proven nonprofit leadership and staff supervision experience; demonstrated fundraising success; knowledge of environmental justice and water policy preferred; familiarity with New Mexico communities preferred.
