About This Role
The University of New Mexico Foundation seeks a Director of Development to support fundraising for the UNM School of Medicine. Hybrid position based in Albuquerque. Full-time with some flexibility required for donor events.
Responsibilities include developing and executing fundraising strategies for annual and major gift programs in support of the School of Medicine; cultivating relationships with donors and prospects; collaborating with faculty, administrators, and community partners; and contributing to the overall philanthropic goals of the UNM Foundation.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; minimum 3 years of successful fundraising experience; experience in higher education or health-related philanthropy preferred; strong relationship-building, analytical, and communication skills.
