About This Role
The University of New Mexico Foundation seeks a Director of Development to lead fundraising for Popejoy Hall, UNM's premier performing arts venue. Hybrid position based at 203 Cornell Dr, Albuquerque. Full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with some weekend availability for events.
Responsibilities include developing and executing fundraising strategies for annual and major gift programs; building and maintaining relationships with donors aligned with Popejoy Hall's mission; supporting the venue's philanthropic goals; and working with volunteers and community stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; minimum 3 years of successful fundraising experience, preferably in higher education; track record in relationship-driven development; strong analytical and communication skills; passion for performing arts philanthropy.
