Campaign & Civic Engagement Manager

About This Role

Somos Un Pueblo Unido seeks a Campaign & Civic Engagement Manager to lead integrated campaigns that build the political power of immigrant and working-class communities across New Mexico. Full-time, 32-hour work week; on-site in Santa Fe. Start date August 3, 2026.

Responsibilities include designing and executing issue-based campaigns focused on immigrant rights and economic justice; developing campaign strategies, timelines, and outreach initiatives; supporting voter registration and Get-Out-The-Vote efforts; training organizers and community leaders on engagement tactics; building coalition partnerships and representing the organization in statewide advocacy spaces; and tracking campaign progress while ensuring nonprofit and electoral compliance.

Qualifications: 3-5+ years in campaign development or civic engagement; experience managing campaigns or large-scale field programs; bilingual English/Spanish required; voter engagement and electoral campaign experience; strong project management skills; willingness to travel statewide and work flexible hours. Knowledge of EveryAction, VAN, or voter databases preferred.
